Danielle Moles joined The French Pastry School of Kennedy-King College at City Colleges of Chicago in late 2016 as a Creative Marketing Specialist. Danielle is a visionary thinker and enjoys developing and executing big ideas communicated through strategic creative messaging. Danielle believes that all forms of art is driven by passion and holds an underlying purpose, which is why she fell in love with The French Pastry School.

Prior to joining the French Pastry School Team, Danielle worked  at The Eli’s Cheesecake Company as a Graphic Designer for four years, this is where she discovered her love for specialty desserts and culinary. She completed her degree in Advertising Art Direction at Columbia College Chicago where she also discovered that her passion for creativity is limitless and she was able to combine the two at The French Pastry School.

In addition to Danielle’s love for culinary and creativity, Danielle was previously an active member of the American Advertising Association where she competed and placed 2nd at District Regional’s in the National Student Advertising Competition in 2016 as a Creative Director and Presenter.

As a Creative Marketing Specialist, Danielle plans to use her strong understanding of image and strategy to create a powerful message that spreads the passion for the fine art of pastry.
