Culinary Administrative Coordinator
Always make a plan, but never limit your imagination.
Becky Lange is the Culinary Administrative Coordinator at The French Pastry School at Kennedy-King College of City Colleges of Chicago. Becky’s responsibilities include scheduling chef instructors for classes and special events; ordering supplies and ingredients; planning events both at the school and offsite; coordinating student volunteers; and taking an active role in student services.
Prior to coming to The French Pastry School, Becky studied Theater at Elmhurst College with a minor in Special Education. After college, she worked in the corporate world managing payroll, internal auditing and accounting. Becky looks forward to the challenges and the rewarding experience working with students again. With experience in stage management, special education, film and tradeshow/event coordination, she brings a diverse set of skills and experience with her.
Now, as an everyday part of making The French Pastry School’s teaching kitchens run smoothly, Becky’s goal is to encourage students to always make a plan, but never limit your imagination.
