Renée Bohus
Director of Admissions
Renée Bohus joined The French Pastry School in 2003 as Assistant Director. Renée's primary focus is working with potential students, admissions, financial aid and ongoing student administration. Renée has an interesting background in pastry. She attended The French Pastry School in 2003 and completed the L'Art de la Patisserie program. For seven years prior to that, Renée owned and operated the largest independant bakery in Carrollton Georgia. Prior to running her bakery, Renée worked in womens apparel as a buyer for womens catalog with Hartmax Corporation and The Tog Shop. Trained as teacher, Renée taught kindergarten through to sixth grade classes, and then moved on to become a teaching assistant to a business professor at the University of Illnois at Chicago. Renée holds a bachelors degree in management from the University of Illnois. Her experiences as a student of the school, and running a bakery of her own, make Renée a great resource for potential students to better understand our program and career opportunities. Renee holds membership with the Illinois Association for College Admission Counseling. |
