FPS Grads Have Landed at Chicago O’Hare International Airport!

Congratulations to French Pastry School graduate Sarah Levy Imberman, who officially opened Sarah’s Candies this week. The new store is located in Terminal Two at Chicago O’Hare International. Offerings include Imberman’s own sweets as well as her handpicked favs which are all locally made products sourced from women-owned Chicago businesses, many of whom are FPS alums as well!   

 “As a woman who started my company from nothing in my mom’s kitchen and who remembers how tough it was in the beginning to sell my products locally and make a name for myself, I wanted to support other women entrepreneurs,” says Imberman. “Being born and raised in Chicago, keeping the products and vendors in my hometown was also important to me to support the community and economy.”

The next time you pass through, be sure to grab a treat or two!  In addition to Sarah’s signature chocolate candies, snag a luscious La-Dee-Dah from Whimsical Candy, a hand-painted chocolate bar from Sulpice Chocolat, or a signature Sea Salt Caramel from Amy’s Candy Bar. Just a few of the wonderful treats made by the graduates of The French Pastry School, and sold at Sarah’s Candies.
