New Bread Graduates from The French Pastry School

Chicago, IL. The French Pastry School graduated new bakers from its Bread program (L’Art de la Boulangerie) on Friday, August 24, 2018.  Students of many different backgrounds came from all over the U.S. to learn everything from baguettes to brioche to beer bread, and everything in between. 

 

The 10-week program was introduced in 2011 and is the most concentrated and intense of all of the full-time programs.  Student are in class for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.  The graduation ceremony took place at The French Pastry School and was followed by a reception that showcased all of the breads and pastries that the students learned throughout their program.
