The Art of French Pastry book tour took Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer to Washington, D.C. on April 3 for an event at the Embassy of France. Chef Jacquy presented a delicious and educational evening for attendees, which started with a screening of the documentary, Kings of Pastry, and was followed by a presentation, book signing, and tasting. This event was part of the Francophonie Cultural Festival; six weeks of concerts, theatrical performances, films, culinary tastings, literary salons, children’s workshops, and more that celebrate and explore the many countries that speak...

Pastry Chicago is The French Pastry School’s sister organization for pastry enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels. This not for profit group of passionate pastry people organizes events like amateur baking competitions, professional showcases, and pastry crawls.
