Beijo de Chocolat Wins Top Honors at International Chocolate Competition

Chicago has a sweet, new honor to brag about. It’s home to one of the world’s premier chocolate shops! Beijo de Chocolat, a North Park staple, has taken home 5 Gold Medals in this years International Chocolate Salon competition (see http://artisanchocolateawards.com/ ). Beijo is located at 3334 W. Foster Ave. In all, the shop won 20 medals in 3 categories.

Beijo was critiqued by 15 judges across the United States and took top honors in the Bridal, Chocolate Bar and White Chocolate categories. What does that mean? Beijo is now the premier chocolatier in the United States for weddings, it has the BEST mixed chocolate bar, and its white chocolate collection is rated #1.

For the past 3 years, Beijo de Chocolat has been named one of the best Chocolate shops in the United States by the International Chocolate Salon. Its selection of chocolates just keeps getting better and better. Beijo is known for its unique version of the Brazilian Brigadeiro. The traditional Brazilian dessert never tasted so good!
