Externship Program
We take great pride in correctly placing our students upon graduation. We strongly encourage each student to enter into one of our externship locations to gain more experience and find out exactly what sort of environment they enjoy the most. Below is just a sampling of the locations:

The externship program is a wonderful way to get hands on experience in a fully operational kitchen. The best benefit of this program is the ability to work in all areas of the pastry kitchen.
