L'Art de la Pâtisserie (24-Week Certificate Program)

Total Program Cost includes: Tuition, books and course materials, three uniforms, a knife and toolkit, an apron, hat and a thermometer. There are no additional fees upon registration. Upon acceptance applicant has thirty days to submit signed enrollment agreement and a deposit of $3,850, and/or proof of loan approval. This will secure your position in the class.
Admissions are conducted on a rolling basis and classes have been filling early, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are interested in these classes.
In order to be considered for admissions to the program please submit the following:
- A completed application form
- Electronically write and submit answers to short essay questions
- An official high school transcript
- Two letters of reference
- A copy of resume (may be mailed, faxed or emailed)
- Two color passport photos (1.5" Square) or digital photo
- A $150 non-refundable application fee
