In the months leading up to the 7th Annual For the Love of Chocolate Gala, The Food Channel got a look of what no one but a select few had ever seen before: the behind the scenes party planning with some of Chicago’s best pastry chefs and organizations.

Part Three of The Food Channel’s Documentary, “Behind the Dream,” will show you the final steps of the creation of the 9.5' x 6' x 5'  Jelly Belly-covered replica of Anish Kapoor's Cloud Gate, fondly known as “The Bean.” Students of After School Matters, along with representatives of Jelly Belly and The French Pastry School put the finishing touches on this masterpiece the day before For the Love of Chocolate Foundation’s 7th Annual Gala.  Watch The Bean come together, get a sneak peak of the fashion show, and listen to the reaction from students, volunteers, and celebrity chefs here.
