On December 17th, The French Pastry School will be attending Hotel Sofitel's Cafe des Architectes Holiday Rock and Roll, a celebration of the traditional bûche de noel brought to us by some of the city's best pastry chefs. Our very own graduate, Meg Galus '05, will be representing NoMI with her interpretation of her yule log cake. The event will be hosted by ABC 7's food personality, Steve Dolinksy, and feature music, mingling, and tastings of both sweet and savory samples.
