Cake Program (L’Art du Gâteau)

This all-inclusive, 16-week, professional Cake Program (L'Art du Gâteau) is a custom-designed, hands-on certificate program that specializes in the art of cake baking and decorating.  It involves all aspects of the creation of wedding, celebration, and specialty cakes.  Classes include cake design, recipe creation, buttercreams and fondant, and elaborate decorating techniques.  With 480 intensive hands-on hours and 100 recipes and techniques, the program culminates with each student designing and building their own wedding cake.
